All of our sperm donors are young and healthy man. All of them are precaisly examined including phisical and labolatory examination.

The potential donor is intervievd about past infections and diseases, family disease history and social conditions. We also collect information about their sex life, personal and family status to eliminate person who belonges to high risk HIV group (eg. many sex partners, homosexuality, drug abuse). Semen donation is made under hygienic condition and the most important – in absolut intimacy.

One of the basic labolatory test during donor qalification is blood type and Rh factor. Communicable disease are excluded by serological blood examination for HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, CMV, EBV, HbsAg and also first examination for Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplazma urealiticum and Mycoplazma hominis. After 6 months since the first examination all of our tests are repeted.

All of our frozen sperm is under quarantain for at least 6 months. It can be only used in assisted reproduction techniques after negative control results.

A couple wishing to use our sperm bank service has the opportiunity to select such features as: blood type, Rh factor, hight, eye color, hair color, skin color. All of our donors have finished at least secondary shool (high shool or equivalent).

Our sperm bank service is comoplitly anonymous. Personal data, the couple provided with seamen as well as the donor, are kept in secretcy.

The sperm of a donor is used only until the fifth confirmed pregnancy concived with our deposite, after it is remowed from the bank offer.
