Treatment include time planning of sexual intercourse, hormonal therapy, intrauteretine insemination /IUI/ in order to bypass the problem related to the interactions between semen and cervical mucus, and eventually in-vitro fertilization with embrion transfer /IVF-ET/ and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). During diagnosis of the couses of infertility, various test and examinations are conducted to establish the condition of the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes and of course men’s sperm. Those tests will supply many relevant information to Your’s doctor and help him to recommend you a proper treatment. Initially, you and the doctor may decide to attempt less invasive therapy, i.e. time-planned intercourses or intra uretine inseminations. However, if these fail after a few cycles, another therapy, e.g. in-vitro /IVF/ or ICSI, will be advised.
